Rated thrust: The standard series offers gears such as 0.5kN, 1kN, 3kN, 5kN, 10kN, 20kN, 30kN, 50kN, and 100kN, with special customization up to 200kN or more; Effective travel: Conventional range is 50-1500mm, non-standard can be customized to 2500mm or more. For long travel, it is recommended to add intermediate support or use reinforced guidance to reduce screw deflection; Operating speed: continuously adjustable from 5-1000mm/s, the actual maximum speed is limited by the lead screw and the rated speed of the motor (large lead is suitable for high-speed light load, small lead is suitable for low-speed high thrust); Repetitive positioning accuracy: ± 0.02mm when using C7 grade ball screws, ± 0.01mm when using C3/C5 grade grinding ball screws, and ± 0.005mm when equipped with planetary roller screws or external grating rulers for full closed-loop.
