PUMO Servo Electric Cylinder - Application in New Energy Lithium Battery and Photovoltaic Production Lines

Photovoltaic module lamination: The upper and lower cavity clamping and pressure holding processes of the laminating machine are driven by PUMO electric cylinders, which precisely control the downward position and clamping gap, ensuring that the EVA film is uniformly heated and cured, and improving the consistency and yield of module power; At the same time, it can be linked with the vacuum pumping timing to achieve intelligent compression curve.
Other new energy equipment, such as hydrogen fuel cell MEA hot pressing, supercapacitor winding tension compensation, and energy storage cabinet module insertion and extraction testing, also extensively use PUMO electric cylinders. For the requirements of clean workshops, low dust grease and stainless steel shell versions can be provided; For high humidity, weak acid and alkali environments, IP66 protective Gatteflon coated push rods can be selected. Supporting EtherCAT/CANopen bus communication with the main station of the production line, a single production line can manage synchronous actions of more than ten axes. Combined with HMI, it can quickly switch process formulas of different cell sizes/layers, shorten the changeover time (SMED), and help upgrade new energy equipment towards high cycle, digitalization, and flexibility.
