In the field of 3C electronics/semiconductors, processes such as OCA bonding for smartphone screens, Active Alignment for camera modules, FPC connector insertion and extraction testing, chip packaging and pressing, and Z-axis lifting and lowering for dispensing machines require extremely high positioning accuracy and low-speed stability. PUMO micro and standard electric cylinders (cylinder diameter Φ 40~Φ 80) provide ± 0.01mm repeated positioning, with a minimum speed of 0.1mm/s and no crawling, avoiding cylinder impact that may cause precision components to be crushed or offset; Optional external grating ruler with full closed-loop feedback to control the error within ± 2 μ m, and support small force control (tens of newtons) to achieve flexible contact pressing. In the semiconductor testing sorting machine, the electric cylinder is responsible for quickly and accurately positioning the chip tray in and out of the testing slot, with high acceleration characteristics that shorten the cycle time.


Military simulation and entertainment: PUMO servo electric cylinder is used as a six degree of freedom Stewart platform actuation unit for flight/vehicle/ship driving simulators, weapon pitch and pitch loading test benches, and dynamic cinema seats. Six electric cylinders work together to achieve six degrees of freedom attitude reproduction, including pitch, roll, lift, advance and retreat, lateral displacement, and yaw, through inverse kinematics calculation of the driving platform. High frequency response (<10ms) and micrometer level synchronization accuracy ensure realistic immersion. The high protection version can adapt to semi outdoor entertainment facilities and military standard testing environments (wide temperature, salt spray). The multi axis synchronization algorithm has built-in anti-interference protection and singular point avoidance, and an expandable force feedback mode to simulate and manipulate loads (Force Feedback). It is the core execution foundation of high-end simulation training systems and dynamic testing equipment.
